Get Your High School Diploma Online

(Provided by CalPac, Monday, September 05, 2016)

At CALPAC, high school students can earn a high school diploma with ouronline program.  Many students are looking for an alternative solution to graduating because for one reason or another, traditional school just didn’t work out for them.

Students who are on track to graduate can join our regular course offerings, taking courses to fulfill California high school requirements—all from the comfort of their own home.  Students have a traditional school schedule of courses and school days, but the flexibility to complete their work at their own pace within those school days.

Students who are not on track to graduate can join our credit recovery program.  High school students in credit recovery are deficient in credits for a number of reasons.  Our courses allow students to work at their own pace (hopefully faster than normal!) in order to make up credits.

Students have been very successful in our program, making up credits at double, or even triple the pace, depending on the dedication of the student.  This program is great for students who made mistakes in past semesters, but who are motivated to complete extra work to graduate.  Students can remain in our program for an extra year of high school if necessary.

Sometimes online high school is still not the answer for students.  In some cases, students are unable to finish the required coursework to meet California High School graduation requirements.  In these cases, students have a few options.

Adult School – typically the requirements to graduate from adult school are less than traditional high school.  Students over 18 are eligible.  To search for adult schools in your area, try this link: adult high school graduation requirements.

CHSPE – This test is equal to a high school diploma

GED – this test is instead of a high school diploma to show proficiency in high school subjects

Community College – most schools have a high school diploma program
